The points-based method of Weight Watchers is outdated and doesn’t go far enough to promote healthy lifestyle changes. For better success, stick with diets like Nutrisystem or Medifast.

I tried the new points plus program, it didn't work either, I couldn't lose the weight, running on my treadmill and working out with weights. Now the old points plan worked for me also, I wish they would go back to the old plan, I'm having trouble losing any weight now, all I know I wasted my money on the new plan, nobody would work with me either.

The weight watchers website is a total scam. They won't let you see what it is until you pay up front, then the site is impossible to navigate, and several of the most important links don't work. Oh, yes. If you cancel because it doesn't work, they charge you over $30 dollars!

After years of hearing Weight Watchers praised high and low, I am very dissapointed.

Just ordered Nutrisystem and cannot wait to be on the program for ten days to see some results, I did weight watchers for 30 days as I promised myself to stick to the program for 30 days....I lost 4 fricken pounds...not once did any one ask me what I was eating, what I was doing....here's the sad truth, I did that program to a fault! I even ran on my treadmill five times a week for 50 minutes to get those coveted "points!"

I hated counting!!!!!! And spending so much time at the grocery store trying to calculate every single product in my cart! R U Kidding ME!

So ready to grab my meals and enjoy them until the next instead of wasting my lunch time trying to calculate how many points to subtract!

I will keep you all posted.
