i started nutrisystem 5 days ago and already lost 3 pounds. I still have a long way to go, im at 227 right now 5'2 and 26 years old. but the reason why im writing this is because for the first time i dont feel lousy being on a diet. I'm actually looking forward to eating. I tried everything there is with my weight loss battle and i think i finally found it. I just hope i continue losing weight even if it takes long time, i'm still happy that I'm eating tasty food and losing weight at the same time. I do recommend it !

My wife talked me into doing Nutrisystem. I was 296 and after a little over a week I've lost 10 pounds.

Great way to learn about portion control too. I would reccomend it!

I am going on my fourth week with Nutrisystem. I am down 11 pounds so far! I have done Jenny Craig as well, and it does work but at twice the cost. I also had to go to their centers to pick up my food and that wasn't always convenient. The online ordering and website, really helps to keep you motivated and no excuses like, "I couldn't get to the center to pick up my food"

I have a ways to go, but I am well on my way! This program works if you stick to it.
