I just started NutriSystem for the third time, and this time I'm going all the way! It's literally the ONLY program that works for me.

There's an error in your review, however. The Women's Silver program (which I'm on) IS different from the regular women's program. The total fat, sodium and calories in the program are lower, so there are several food choices in each meal category that aren't available on the Silver plan. Also, the exercise DVD is different, tailored for older women.

Incidentally, NutriSystem recently revised the program (i.e., improved it) and it's now called Advantage instead of Nourish.

I decided to try the NutriSystem just 2 weeks ago. The website was very informative and with just a few clicks of submitting my information, I was off to picking out my meals.

My delivery just came this past Wednesday so I am just on my second full day. So far I have not tasted anything that I don't like!! What a surprise. In fact I just ate my desert "white chocolate chunk cookie".

I am so very anxious to see how I do on the NutriSystem program to loose my goal weight of 20 to 25 pounds. I will keep you informed. After reading and doing my own research I am glad that I picked NutriSystem to start on my new life goal.
