I am down 11 pounds so far! I have done Jenny Craig as well, and it does work but at twice the cost. I also had to go to their centers to pick up my food and that wasn't always convenient. The online ordering and website, really helps to keep you motivated and no excuses like, "I couldn't get to the center to pick up my food" I have a ways to go, but I am well on my way! I have lost 6lbs so far and am totally excited. I have 55 more to go to reach my goal weight. The website is full of information and tons of motivation which I love!! Anyone can participate.
