I started the Medifast diet 2 weeks ago and the results are stunning. I have dropped 16 lbs in those 16 days. I am targeting 90 lbs total to get to 175 and feel encouraged for the first time since I was in my 20s and losing weight was easy. My 30s were not good to me. ;-)
