I am 46 years old and have been morbidly obese all of my adult like. So far I have lost 84 lbs on Medifast. I started September 22 of 2008 and am still on the program. It's is EASY (unlike everything else I have tried) and fits into my busy lifestyle.
The thing I like best is that I can eat out (and even have desert) and still lose weight. My stomach shrunk so much ini the fisrt week that I could only fit half as much food in my stomach in a single meal as I had before I started.

I have been on the Medifast program for about 3 weeks and have lost over 15 pounds! This is the easiest program ever! You don't have to think about it! I have about 66 pounds to go and plan on sticking to this program until it is gone for good!
My health coach is the most wonderful part of the program. She is my support and my cheerleader. She celebrates with me every pound that I lose! Another great part of the Medifast program is the website and the chat room. I recommend this to anyone looking to lose weight, be it 100 plus pounds or 20 pounds.
So far the food is good. You will learn tricks to prepare it so it tastes better from your coach and the chat room. The new Crunch Bars are the best!

Hi Nikki,
Thanks for posting your story. I've been overweight since my 20's( I'm 42 now), and have honestly never really done anything to try to lose the weight, other than trying to eat healthier and doing some walking. I've decided it's time to get healthy, and have been researching different plans~Medifast seems to have the best reviews of most of them. I feel like a more structured plan will be the best for me, and it seems to have everything.
Anyway, would really like to keep in touch and see how you're doing~ I think this works better when you have support:)
