Jenny Craig Reviews

Jenny Craig employees need to learn better customer service skills. From my experience, they are rude, they rush the consultations and they treat you terrible if you're ever late. The only time they act intrested is when paying for a membership or buying the food. I also noticed the centers are not well kept and look dirty.

Jenny Craig is all about the money. When it was snowing they said well just come by and get your food. I had plenty of food. They couldn't care less if you don't weigh-in. The employees have no idea what is going on. After many weeks of buying food and being told that buying a cookbook or wine glasses counted in the weekly amount needed to get a "free" week of food I was told oh, no, corporate said those items don't count so you need to buy 2 more weeks of food before getting any free. I quit because the employees should have found that out before telling me. They didn't care that I quit, never got a phone call after complaining. JENNY DOESN'T CARE AND IS ALL ABOUT SELLING FOOD!

I completely agree with your accessment of Jenny Craig. I started out at one center and was quickly discouraged because I felt like a number...come in get weighed...spend money for food and leave. The atmosphere was as cold as ice. The girl who worked with me was not trained well and was truly doing the best she could but gave me so much incorrect information it was a sin. I then stopped at another center to talk to them before I gave up and the director was much nicer and very informed. She felt bad about my first experience and said I would be treated better at her center. My new "contact" person was very nice but again not very motivational. It took them three weeks to even make a folder for me??? Then it began again...go in get weighed...buy more food. As I told my contact person when I finally decided to quit..if I did not have a weight issue and did not need motivation I would not have joined Jenny Craig. After all this money I did loose 25 pounds in 3 months but then hit a plateu and have not moved until I started a new diet. I did get a call from the first area manager but requested to speak to the area manager of the first center I went to. To date have not had a call...not that I am surprised.
