I have tried both Jenny and Nutri-System. First, I agree with the other reviews about the center consultants at JC. They are not motivating and interaction feels forced and not genuine. As for Nutri-System, I feel more engaged by the their phone consultants and customer service reps (they do not have centers, haven't for years). Second, The cost is not cheap on either but more affordable with Nutri-System and good discounts. Lastly, it is very convenient having your food shipped to your home as with Nutri-System. You don't have to worry about making a center visits to lug home all your food (in my case on the subway)! JC apparently, is trying to compete with NS with home deliveries as well. Overall, Nutri-System is the best for me and the food is really yummy considering it's diet food!

I have nothing good to say about Jenny Craig - it costs too much. I called to tell them I wasn't going to buy their $500.00 "body bug" and they took the money from my checking account anyway. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I joined Jenny Craig in October and signed up for a year....that was big bucks!! Then, I have been going every week spending $100-$150 per week to only lose 15 lbs. I have close to $2000 invested, which comes out to approximately $133 per pound!!!

But the reason I'm leaving is because I can't seem to keep the same appointment time. For some mysterious reason, my appointment gets "missing" from the log, or they move me to a later time. That just doesn't work for me!! A couple of times, no big deal, but 5 weeks in a row?...Nah...I got better things to do.
