The food is fine and the online support is just the best there is. I´ve heard comments from my cousin in Tampa and she also loves the taste.Not expensive as it seems after you see the results on your weight-balance and no rebound after 3 months. Breakfasts are awesome.

Just finished my first week on eDiets meals and no doubt is the worst food I have ever eaten! The breakfasts are so bad its a challenge just to get them choked down with the "eggs" made of some runny substance not seen in nature! The lunches and dinners aren't much better with them ranging from blah to horrible. After several days I called to cancel only to discover that changes need to be made on Thursdays .. even though I didn't receive my food and start eating it until Thursday! Which means that they get an extra week out of you even if you don't want it ... quite a racket. Bottom line: I did lose two pounds the first week, but would not want to eat this food for one more day! It was painful! I'll keep on dieting but with food from the frozen food section (ie healthy choice etc)

I tried eDiets and it was the worst food I have ever eaten. After the first week I called and cancelled. But, to no avail, they delivered again and I cancelled again. This went on for 3 weeks. They need to get it together and get better food and service. I would not recommend ediets to anyone.
