I have tried it for 3 weeks (the low carb version) and cancelled after I got sick (diarreah -which I very rarely experience in my life) on one of the dishes...

The food was frozen when I got it and i had it in the fridge for 4 days before eating so it might have been my fault, not sure....??

However, even without this incident - I had an issue with taste/flavor of the meals. While breafasts were good for the most part, dinners were a hit/miss with more misses (and that is after I modified and chose items I knew I was more likely to like) and lunches were so terrible I neded up throwing away most of them and eating some salad & eggs on my own. I did lose some weight (about 5 lbs in 3 weeks) but this diet was simply unsustainable
taste-wise for me to lose the amount of weight I needed.

I just wanted Diet-to-Go to know that you have permanently changed my life for the better.

My cardiologist was amazed at the difference in one year. I'm literally reversing years of heart and cholesterol damage – and I have the pictures of the inside of my arteries to prove it. One heart artery blockage has gone from being a 50% blockage to a 30% blockage – in a year.

I don't even have the words to describe how much better I FEEL. I'm actually embarrassed at how long it took me to do the simple things that Diet To Go does for me – eat the right foods in the right portions.
