I could just simply say- I love this program, and I love this food! And leave it at that......but then that would not be saying enough! This program hits the spot for me- I am a very busy mom of four, a recent widow, with plenty of things to attend to- so I love the convenience of getting my food shipped to me, including snacks, for the whole week. Bistro MD offers various programs to suit different lifestyles, so you are sure to find the one that is right for you. I am a very good cook myself, and I must say, the quality of the food I am receiving is outstanding, the variety keeps it interesting, and last not least the taste is absolutely delicious! You don't feel like you are on a diet- and for me personally, liking the food I am eating will keep me motivated- and the pounds I am shedding- while splurging on crepe for breakfast, just to name one indulgence. The customer service is incredible- they will keep track of your likes, your favorites, or dishes that may not suit you, and make substitutions to your meal plan.
