People complain the diet pushes too much red meat and cheese. Although Atkins was a big deal back in the day, it’s just not in the same league with today’s top diets like Nutrisystem or Medifast.
Atkins works!!! I tryed ww points and gained 15 lbs, I took fat burners and gained weight while doing tabata and cleaning houses Wq all day. I lost 50 lbs on atkins years ago, and decided to do induction again but more healthier, I just keep track of my veggies, I just lost 14 lbs in less than 14 days! I think that the ww points work on certain people , as the higher fat works for o thers. Since I am active all day, and then excersize high impact I think my body craves fat and protein to restore muscles and fuel my body. O only did the ww for 3 wks, but felt like crap also, but back on atkins I have lots of energy, I only had 15 to lose, but now thats its off, im maintaining forever, I love dr atkins and miss you, you should be very proud!
