I just started taking Alli for the past four days now. I only take one pill a day for starters but have found that I do spend a lot of time in the bathroom!!! That is with only one pill and watching my fat intake. What I have learned in just these few short days is that it is all about watching your fat intake, so DAAAHHHHH all you out there, watch your fat intake, start to exercise (even if it is only a little per day-remember, baby steps first and then onto bigger things) and if you can have a "buddy" system to help you with, who needs a pill to take the fat out of your system. By the way, the results of loosing fat with Alli are not all that appealing. I thought I was having liver problems (the color is yellow!) and see that fat floating in the toilet (lilke someone adding some cooking oil with a touch of yellow food color to it) is enought to make anyone want to loose weight!! Not a pretty sight nor is having to wear a panty liner again at my age. Right now I am tyring to find someone to purchase my remaining pills from me. I will work on it my myself. One more thing to add, with only taking one pill mid morning (with a fiber bar) I find that I still have the bathroom problems twenty four hours later!!!
Anyone out there want to buy my remaining supply (about 60-70 pills left-give me a email at crznluv@msn,.com) as I will not take anymore of them. I know it has worked well for some but their life style must allow them bathroom visits alot. And if anyone needs a diet buddy person, email the above address, and lets see what we can work out. Being 55 yrs old and overweight, I need to loose but have done it in the past by exercise alone and I think I should get back to that regimine. Plus a few prayers would help too. Bottom line, if you like the bathroom, like the pain, go for it!!!!

I took alli for about 3 weeks last year off & on and I couldn't take the side effects. I am 28 yrs old didn't shed a pound with alli but was in the living room by myself & accidently passed gas & sure enough this super stinky oily crap was all over my pantys, I was always afraid of having accidents and the stomach pains were unbearable. Even though my experience was bad all the side effects are written on the booklet although I some how thought they wouldn't happen to me, anyways if you decide to try alli make sure you read ALL the information & know what to expect! In my opinion it wasn't worth the side effects!
