The people that are having gas pains and problems are obviously sticking to the same fatty diet and thinking they can just take the pill. It doesn't work that way. I am on Nutrisystem and also take 1 Alli a day. I have no cramping, no icky gas, and no other side effects because I am maintaining my portions and low fat. It is really helping to move my weight loss along as opposed to just Nutrisystem by itself.
This pill works "in addition" to a low fat, small portion diet. Not "instead of."

Well, I've been taking Ali for 1 week and I have lost 7 pounds. I don't eat all day and I don't eat snack foods any more. Ali helps motivate me to to do the right thing. If you want to see results, you have to change your eating habits and excercise. Too many people want there cake and eat it too. Literally. Stop blaming these products for something that is totally your own lazy fault. Thanx Ali!! I have went from a size 22 to a size 16 in one week!!!!!! And I take one pill a day with one meal. I stopped eating after 6pm. My thoughts: It works if you work. If you don't want the embarrassing bm's, stop stuffing yourself with fat. My kids and my man, friends and family notice the change.Guess what? I am being very honest. I am sooooo proud of myself.
