I Have been on alli for about 7 months now and have gone from a size 20 to a size 12-14 i feel much better can actually breath again lol, yes in the first few weeks i had the same side effects you hear so many complaining about, but if you learn how to eat with the product the pill will help you reach your wieght loss goal, i am going to continue to use it from now on its been a life changing experience for me, good luck to all and cut out the FAT.......

What are you people eating? Don't you realize the orange discharge is FAT? Taking Alli keeps you from digesting all the fat you eat, which is why you need to change to a LOW FAT diet. I have been taking this for one week, and monitoring my diet. No problems. I consider the pill to be a deterrent. Knowing I will have problems if I INDULGE CONTINUALLY keeps me from going overboard. I do indulge occasionally, but REALLY! Occasionally isn't once a day or even every other day. It is once every other week, and don't go nuts! If you want to lose weight you have to contribute some kind of effort exercise (just walk more) and use common sense in choosing your foods. Alli is doing just what I expected. No orange problems for me.

Lynn,

I've been on Alli for about three weeks.

The oily yellow substance pouring out of your ass is the excess oil that Alli is not allowing to be absorbed into your body. So if you cut down on the oily foods, it will subside...to the point where, when you take a dump, it will feel like someone lubed your ass up first. That's why they include the diet plan - which, btw, I'm not following. I'm not a vegitarian, but I also am not the guy that sits down with a bag of chips either. I just eat healthy, ballanced meals...and didn't want to change my eating habbits. I haven't weighed myself yet - I'm going to do that after taking Alli for a month. What I do know is, with it removing some of the oils, I feel a lot better.
