Lynn,
I've been on Alli for about three weeks.
The oily yellow substance pouring out of your ass is the excess oil that Alli is not allowing to be absorbed into your body. So if you cut down on the oily foods, it will subside...to the point where, when you take a dump, it will feel like someone lubed your ass up first. That's why they include the diet plan - which, btw, I'm not following. I'm not a vegitarian, but I also am not the guy that sits down with a bag of chips either. I just eat healthy, ballanced meals...and didn't want to change my eating habbits. I haven't weighed myself yet - I'm going to do that after taking Alli for a month. What I do know is, with it removing some of the oils, I feel a lot better.

I myself have been taking alli and just wanted to tell peaple that after I started eating the right way, the way the starter kit tells you , I no longer have the SIDE EFFECTS and Im feeling good about the diet. Eating right like the booklet says will help elliminate the effects.
