I LOVE Alli!! I've been on the alli plan for 3 months, and I've already lost 40 lbs!! Alli has helped me change my eating habits, and the food tastes GREAT!

I did the alli diet for 5 months and loss 50lb i was doing so good tell i was digonosed with Endometrol Cancer ,the doctor said that it was a good thing that i loss those 50lbs , it made it easier to recover. Now i am 8 months cancer free and ready to start my Alli Diet again. i went from size 22 to a 18. the first time now i want to go down to a size 12 by summer and with alli i know i can do it .

I Love alli works great i just wanted to shed a few pounds while working out and eating right dont forget to take a multi-vitamin and exercise and dont eat anything greasy or you will regret it lol
