Comment #63 (Roland), First of all, thanks so much for taking the time to put your Dr.'s comments on the site. Your information, as well as a ton of other folks' comments (good and bad) have convinced me to give Alli a try. I've tried so many times to do it on my own (diet and exercise), but the results are just too slow that I fall into my bad old habits before I get any significant weight loss gain. I feel like I've been losing the same 5 pounds over the course of the last two years now and I just need to get this thing moving quicker. I'm 37 and I weigh 206. I'm 5'9" so I carry it pretty good for the most part. I don't look very heavy, but I know I'm heavy and in the obese category at this point. With that being said, I believe Alli (along with my efforts at eating low fat and exercising), can help move things along quicker. I can see results and feel motivated to keep at it until I get about 30-40 pounds at least. I love to shop and wear nice clothes and when I don't feel good in my clothes, it makes me not feel good about myself. So, here's to me. I'm on my way to walmart to pick up my Alli. I plan to check back from time to time to keep the site updated with my success stories. If the result is something different, I'll share that too!

I LOVE Alli!! I've been on the alli plan for 3 months, and I've already lost 40 lbs!! Alli has helped me change my eating habits, and the food tastes GREAT!
