Alli Diet Pills Reviews

I talked to my doctor about Alli and its side effects and this is what he told me to do:

1) Start off with your Alli diet by taking ONE Alli pill a day before your heaviest meal. Do this for 7 days.

This step allows your body to adjust to the new medicine.

It will also prevent your body from generating excess gas.

This will reduce the side effects to a bare minimum if you have any at all.

2) Take one tablespoon of a high-fiber supplement like ProFibe (sold through many retailers including Amazon) each day.

The extra fiber will absorb any oil that tries to seep out. It will also firm up your stools.

3) After one week, if you have had little or no side effects, then start taking a second pill before your second heaviest meal. Again, do this for 7 days.

Again, give your body time to adjust to the new medicine to reduce the chance of side effects.

4) On the third week, determine if you have been losing weight. If so, then stick with the 2 pill a day regimen. If not, then start taking a pill before each meal.

For the past decade, I always weighed between 205 and 210 (I am only 5'7" and so this weight puts me in the OBESE category). After starting Alli about a month ago, I am now weighing 199. I am on the same diet/exercise regime that I have been on for 10 years, with Alli being the only difference.

Following my doctor's advice, I had no ALLI side effects with the exception of the third day when I spent a lot of time in the bathroom. I also used a trick I learned in the military: if you are having bowel problems, leave some toilet paper stuffed in your behind between bathroom visits. It will prevent you from going in your pants.

Sometimes we're all so eager to lose weight, we skip over the "side~effect" and get straight to it. This is one of the very few times that I took time to read EVERY COMMENT in it's entirety....PRO'S & CON's. Needless to say, I've already purchased the starter kit and was filling up the daily dose container, when I went to MyAlli.com. I'm so thankful that I did...because although it's no one's fault that I need to lose a few pounds....I just feel that I NEED TO STICK TO DIET AND EXERCISE!!!!! I've lost weight before Alli was ever introduced on the market and did not have to worry about the scary side effects, or developing some kinda medical condition from it. I feel if a certain percentage of people developed a medical condition and all were taking the same product...hmmm....there's something to consider there...Anyhow, congrats to all that took Alli and was successful...and to those that had trouble with this product..thanks for your honesty...I wish everyone success on their weight loss goals no matter what method you decide to go....!!! Sincerely.....Rather be safe than sorry!! :-(
