well, i dont take the pill because i do not believe in taking pills for weight loss..but i do use there plan and advice . the healthy way to lose weight is about 1 to 2 lbs a week. losing weight to fast can cause gallstones and especially if your obese. the first month you only should lose a healthy 7 to 10 lbs a month or may be like 12 not bad....so 7 to 10 lbs a week in something to cheer about. i lost 7 lbs so far and i just put a little more exercise a couple days out the week and eat less cakes and sweets and more fruits and vegetable AND I HAVE ABOUT THE SAME PROBLEMS AS U WITH THE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND STUFF..AND I DONT RECOMMEND TAKING ANY PILLS U CAN DO IT NATURALLY LIKE I AM........email me if u want we can give eachother tips..scottlesli@gmail.com

The people that are having gas pains and problems are obviously sticking to the same fatty diet and thinking they can just take the pill. It doesn't work that way. I am on Nutrisystem and also take 1 Alli a day. I have no cramping, no icky gas, and no other side effects because I am maintaining my portions and low fat. It is really helping to move my weight loss along as opposed to just Nutrisystem by itself.
This pill works "in addition" to a low fat, small portion diet. Not "instead of."
